1) How many clients do you need to enroll this month to reach your desired money goal?
For example, let’s say your offer is $5k and you want to make $15k—that’s 3 clients.
2) How many people do you need to connect and have a conversation with in order to enroll that # of clients?
Let’s assume that 30% of the people you connect and spend time with will be all in to working with you. This percentage is likely to be higher depending on your positioning and experience. This means you will need to speak to about 15 people in a month or 4 people per week on average—and of course there are nuances to this. There can be no-shows, you can have the wrong people showing up, etc., two key things that are preventable with specific processes and posturing in place, but that’s a different post :)
3) Lastly, how many people do you need to connect with and have a conversation with each day to make 4 invitations each week?
1? 2? 10?
Then I line all of this up with the reality of their actual numbers and the gaps are usually made crystal clear.
Define your numbers then take this strategy and run with it—you’ll be doing something 90% of coaches aren’t and most coaches struggle to create clients…
Because most coaches aren’t this intentional when it comes to the art AND science of creating clients.
