One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received is this:

Most people look for clients to coach who are a few steps behind them. Instead, look for people who are a few steps ahead.

Then, simply be willing to:

1) Listen deeply; between the lines of what they’re saying and not saying.

2) Ask bold questions that shake up their thinking—the ones no one in their life is asking.

3) Say what no one else has the courage to say to them, that will change everything for them.

Successful people need support more than you know.
