Today my sweet baby turns ONE.
Years ago before I made my corporate exit, I would often think to myself: this isn’t the life I want to live for my future child(ren).
A life spent commuting a couple of hours daily, being out of the home for 12 hours most days—or even days and weeks at a time if I was traveling.
Getting pulled into work while at home on nights and weekends and missing out on quality time and precious moments with family.
Feeling completely exhausted and drained of energy all the time—with very little left over to give the people who matter most.
Turns out, underneath the stress and chaos—I was a woman with an intention. I took “the leap” and rebuilt what I envisioned for my life and career. A vision that the world told me I was crazy and unrealistic for having.
6 years later, and one year of parenthood down, there is so much to celebrate.
Like one year of unrushed, uninterrupted mornings—just he and I, the birds, and an abundance of smiles and nose kisses.
One year of spontaneous plane, train and car rides making memories with people we love, on a schedule no one needs to approve or sign off on but our family.
One year of presence, playfulness and zero regrets as a mom and business owner (mostly)—two roles that aren’t easy, but with the right intention—anything is possible.
Oprah once said: “Intention is one with cause and effect. Intention determines outcome. And if you’re stuck and not moving forward, you have to check the thought and the action that created the circumstance.”
I made the choice long ago to live a life of intention—it is the cornerstone of each day, the fabric of my life and what allows me to live a fully integrated life.
A life where I can show up fully for my partner, my child, myself, and my purpose work—plus more left over for other areas (family and friends, personal development, etc.,). Not a single area of importance has to suffer or get less than what is required.
And it all started with asking myself the right questions.
If you were to voice your intentions right now, would you be able to articulate them? If you can articulate them, how well are you living them?
If you’re looking to bring more intentionality into your life so you can experience better outcomes, I love these 4 questions from Gabby Bernstein to ask yourself every morning:
What do I want to feel today?
Who do I want to be today?
What do I want to give today?
What do I want to receive today?
Happy Birthday my son. Thank you for inspiring even greater intention, stronger presence and deeper connection. I love you more than you could ever know.

I cannot wait for the next one! I was able to help my client step into her feminine energy and really visualize it.

Before we started working together I was seeing clients and I was making money, paying the bills. But I didn't realize just how small I was allowing myself to play until I started working with you. It’s been over and beyond what I thought it would be—over and beyond.
