Did you know the reason certain coaches charge by the hour is because of an old therapy-model paradigm that someone in the coaching world applied to coaching and others bought into?

People pay for the value coaching brings, not the time you spend with them. In other words, coaching is not an hourly-fee model but a value-based, outcomes-based one.

For example, if, as an Executive Coach or Corporate Consultant you can help a company stimulate their thinking and double their revenue from $5M to $10M…and they paid you $500K or even $1M…would they have gotten their money's worth?

Or as a Health Coach if you can help add 10 years to a person’s life, and we were to assign a value of $100k to live just one more year and 10 years is $1M of added value to their life and they paid you $5k or $10k for coaching...would they have gotten their money’s worth?
