In the past I lived on autopilot. The sun would rise and set—and I’d only see what was wrong, broken or causing me frustration along the way.

Over the past 8 years I’ve done thousands of hours of reading, meditating, praying, reflecting and learning which has caused me to change my compass.

To put most of my attention on what’s working, what’s lighting me up…what’s bringing me joy.

Like the big smile that washes over my son’s face every morning when our eyes first meet after a night’s sleep—and that I can witness it every morning because I set my own schedule.

The laughter that my love and I share watching silly videos and movies. Sometimes in the middle of the day, again, because of the time freedom we’ve created.

The fragrance of the home cooked meal simmering on the stovetop or crockpot, made from love, and the time and space I had to prepare it stress-free.

The window right before hopping on calls with inspiring clients who are a full body, HELL YES. Clients with huge hearts who show up powerfully and are creating a ripple effect in the world.

I changed my compass and changed my life.

The moment you start living your life focused on the little things, it starts adding up to the big things.
