Many coaches are focused on making money vs. making an impact. And many coaches are barely making enough money to pay their bills.

Someone I spoke to recently created a workshop and one person attended. She was devastated and hasn’t done a workshop since.

One of the first talks I gave years ago was before a large crowd of 8 people. One of them was my brother who was there for moral support, bless him.

I used to do livestreams and sometimes there would be 0 people watching. I started putting a post-it over that part of the screen so I could stay focused and on mission.

To this day, some of my coaching groups have 3-4 people in them. And to this day, I hear NO or “not interested” from potential clients regularly.

And my practice long surpassed my amazing corporate income and generates six-figures per year on a part-time basis (less than 25 hours per week) working with a handful of the most delightful human beings on the planet (anywhere from 15-20 per year).

Would I have gotten this far had I given up after that first talk, dozens of livestreams, or 50+ sales calls in a row where I heard the word NO?

Definitely no, but that was never an option because my purpose is far too important.
